With a technical background, you possess a deep understanding of optical and illumination design software, and you are eager to leverage this expertise to drive business growth.
With a willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, you are ready to engage with key accounts and strategic partners across Europe. Your collaborative mindset and commitment excellence make you an invaluable asset to the Synopsys team.
We are also considering candidates from the following countries: Netherlands, United Kingdom, Scandinavian countries, Italy, Belgium, and Austria.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Driving sales growth for the entire Optical Solutionsoup (OSG) product line, including CODE V, LightTools, LucidShape, RSoft, and Optical Measurement Systems.
• Acquiring new customers and expanding Synopsys' presence in the optical and illumination design software market.
• Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers by offering renewals, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and inviting them to Synopsys events.
• Conducting regular visits to key and strategically important accounts to strengthen partnerships and uncover new opportunities.
• Managing and updating sales forecasts and performance metrics using Salesforce.
• Staying informed about market trends and customer needs to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
The Impact You Will Have:
• Expanding Synopsys' footprint in the optical and photonics industry by acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
• Strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Enhancing the visibility and adoption of Synopsys' OSG product line across Germany.
• Contributing to the development of innovative solutions that address customer challenges and drive industry advancements.
• Providing valuable market insights to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
• Playing a key role in achieving Synopsys' sales targets and overall business objectives.
What You’ll Need:
• A strong technical background, ideally in optics, photonics, or a related field.
• Experience with optical design software such as CODE V, LightTools, or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales forecasts and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
