Application Engineer, Sr Engineer

As the Applications Engineer for StarRC product, you will be mainly working with R&D, field engineers and customers on newly developed features and will help drive the adoption of StarRC in global/strategic accounts in India.

 The main tasks will be handling customer evaluations or running benchmarks; supporting customers at an engineering level; understanding customer requirements and proposing  new enhancements for product improvement.

The person will require good problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, ability to work with local and global team and very strong communication skills.

Duties include technical training/presentation creation and delivery, beta testing, documentation review, demo creation, benchmarking, and more.

 Occasional travel might be required.

 Key Qualifications

 * Must have B.Tech or M.Tech  with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
* Good knowledge of Physical design , STA , Physical Verification and Parasitic Extraction methodologies.
 * Proficiency in Unix, a strong understanding of ASIC design flow.
 * Knowledge of Analog Mixed Signal flows will be an added advantage. 
 * Strong communication skills are a must.
 * Proficiency in scripting languages - shell scripting, tcl, python would be helpful
