You Are:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Verification Engineer (DVE) who is responsible for ensuring the functionality and correctness of digital designs. You are a proactive individual with a passion for technology and innovation. Your expertise in developing comprehensive test plans, creating test benches, writing test cases, and running simulations to validate design specifications makes you an invaluable asset. You have a knack for identifying and resolving bugs before a design is fabricated and work closely with design teams to guarantee the integrity of the design. With over a decade of experience in digital design and verification, you possess a strong understanding of verification methodologies like System Verilog and UVM. Your familiarity with RTL coding and scripting languages such as Perl and Python for automation sets you apart. You exhibit excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities and have a proven track record of leadership and team-building skills. Your collaborative approach and ability to develop excellent alliances cross-functionally are key to your success. With excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, you thrive in dynamic environments where you can drive quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing comprehensive test plans for digital designs.
- Creating and maintaining test benches for simulation.
- Writing and executing test cases to validate design specifications.
- Running simulations and analyzing results to identify and resolve design bugs.
- Collaborating closely with design teams to ensure the integrity of the design.
- Documenting verification processes and results.

- MSEE or BSEE with 10+ years of digital design and verification experience.
- Strong understanding of verification methodologies like System Verilog and UVM.
- Familiarity with RTL coding and design principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Perl and Python for automation.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with test chip and full chip knowledge is an advantage.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
