What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving as the primary technical interface for Synopsys SLM products, supporting customers throughout pre-sales, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance phases.
- Collaborating with R&D and product teams to investigate and resolve customer requirements and issues, providing timely feedback and solutions.
- Developing and presenting technical solutions, new features, use cases, and best practices to both internal teams and external customers.
- Delivering pre- and post-sales training sessions, ensuring customers and internal teams are equipped to maximize product value.
- Proposing and implementing process improvements for product deployment, documentation, and customer support workflows.
- Creating and maintaining flow tests, automating tasks using software scripting capabilities, and reacting quickly to customer issues to ensure high-quality product releases.

What You’ll Need:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related field).
- Strong programming skills in TCL, Perl, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with Linux and Windows OS environments, including shell scripting.
- Good understanding of product engineering, yield analysis, and/or test diagnosis for logic and memory.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to databases, data integrity, network connections, and disk access.
