CAD and PDK Staff Engineer

  • Responsible for identifying and driving improvements and innovations in CAD flows and tools
  • Responsible for collecting, structuring and summarizing technology PDK data in close cooperation with multiple international teams
    Get the right data, at the right time to the right person or team
  • Capable of deploying CAD and design flows to several international teams.

Key Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge in transistor level circuit design. Including simulation and layout.
  • Experience or very clear affinity with CAD flows and tools
  • Familiar/expertise with Physical verification like DRC / LVS / ERC / Extraction / PERC
  • Familiar/expertise with spice models and model setups
  • Experience with PDK setups is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Synopsys design tools like Custom Compiler, ICV, Star-RCXT, Hspice is welcome.
  • Positive personality with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a large global team with specialists in multiple disciplines
  • Eager to learn and open to explore new topics / domains
  • Project management skills
  • Script writing skills in Python, tcl
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
