You Are:

You are an experienced HR generalist with a multi-cultural background, passionate about People Operations. Your hands-on experience spans from onboarding to offboarding, international mobility, payroll support, and managing People data through digital tools. You thrive in dynamic environments, are fluent in English and Dutch, and have a strong preference for working in innovative, technology-driven companies. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing core People Operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and mobility
• Supporting Mergers and Acquisitions in the region
• Administering benefits and liaising with benefits providers
• Managing relationships with immigration consultants and supporting employees through relocation processes
• Collaborating closely with payroll, facilities, and IT teams to ensure smooth operational processes
• Working with the legal team on employment-related matters in the region
• Providing support to employees through ticket systems or direct requests

• Support the successful integration of new employees and acquisitions, enhancing organizational growth
• Administer benefits efficiently, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive support

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced, innovative, engineering/technology company
• Multi-cultural experience and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments
• Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of other European languages (French or German) is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
