Security IP solutions include a range of cryptography cores, security protocol accelerators, embedded HW security modules, secure boot, cryptography middleware as well as content protection IP. The Security IP group is looking for a R&D Manager who will lead the development of complex IP components and subsystems for our customer’s leading-edge security needs. The Security IP group is a dedicated team advancing the best in security technologies to challenge the frequent headlines noting the lack of security in today’s embedded systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development and verification of Root of Trust products
  • Develop product design and verification strategies
  • Resource Management of an R&D team that include HW and SW design and verification
  • Project planning and KPI tracking
  • Communication of project status to upper management
  • Stay up to date with latest developments in the domain of embedded security

Requirements
  • Significant proven expertise in design or verification of digital hardware IP components
  • Experience on project management and resource management
  • Good knowledge about IC Design flows and excellent problem solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with embedded software development in C
  • B.Sc. or Masters in EE or Computer Science with 8+ years of experience
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Security and Cryptographic Protocols
