Responsibilities:

In the role of a Foundation IP Layout Manager, you will take the responsibility to:

Manages a team of Embeded Memory Layout individual contributors and Supervisors.
Plans and establishes goals and objectives for a team of individual contributors, and tracks employee goals and career development pathways
Coordinates activities for results, including costs, methods, and staffing

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of Custom Layout and a deep understanding of Embedded Memory Layout
Practical knowledge in leading and managing people and the execution of processes, projects
