You Are:

We are looking for a Principal Engineer for the design and development of a DevSecOps platform. You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Your expertise in CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration technologies is unparalleled. You are passionate about mentoring teams and proactive in integrating security measures into platform development. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical debt are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop a DevSecOps platform for tools and services.
  • Collaborate with teams to design a scalable platform aligned with the company's vision.
  • Modernize and standardize CI/CD tools to improve efficiency.
  • Establish best practices and coding standards for engineering teams.
  • Optimize CI pipeline integrations and workflows.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (advance degree preferred).
  • 15+ years in software engineering, with leadership experience.
  • 10+ years in software development for scalable products.
  • Expertise in CI/CD platforms, Python, RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Proficient in C/C++, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Web Services.
  • Proficient in Infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible playbooks, Jenkins
  • Familiarity with security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
