Job Title: Physical Design Internship in 3DIC

Introduction:

We Are: R&D team developing 3-Dimensional Integrated Circuit (3DIC) products addressing the needs for advanced multi-die silicon technology. Synopsys is the world leader in providing 3DIC technology serving the IC industry.

Internship Experience: Intern will have experience with real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with our passionate teams worldwide — and having fun in the process!

What You’ll Be Trained to Do:

Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Physical design in the advanced process technology node
Algorithm, database, and flow issues related 3DIC including silicon and package co-design
New solution method for multi-die design from system architecture, implementation to sign-off verification.

What You’ll Need:

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge of IC physical design, EDA tool flow, algorithm, data analysis.
C++ programming language
Problem-solving skills
Fit comfortably in a teamwork environment.
