You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with over 12 years of industry experience and a strong semiconductor technical background. You are passionate about integrating technology and business to create holistic end-to-end solutions. You stay abreast of the latest design challenges and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to craft innovative technical and business proposals. Your expertise spans a broad range of key verticals, including Automotive, HPC, and A&D, and you have a solid understanding of chip design. You are adept at building and maintaining relationships with industry experts and executives, particularly within Taiwan’s business ecosystem. Your familiarity with Synopsys EDA Tools, IPs, and Services offerings, combined with your ability to roll out efficient global processes, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting technical and business proposals to enable the services business for semiconductor companies in Taiwan and adjacent regions.
• Identifying market growth opportunities, high-value customer problems, and industry trends to present customized Synopsys solutions.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align technical strategies with customer tapeout needs.
• Presenting Synopsys solutions (Tools, IPs, and services) to generate customer interest.
• Connecting with executive and mid-level customer management to position Synopsys’s value.
• Building solution proposals, including understanding project specifications, defining project scope, estimating costs/schedules, and preparing RFI/RFQ responses.
• Monitoring project status, risks, and change requests in collaboration with engineering teams.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 12 years of industry experience in semiconductor design and services.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of key verticals such as Automotive, HPC, and A&D.
• Familiarity with Taiwan’s business ecosystem and existing industry networks.
• Experience with Synopsys EDA Tools, IPs, and Services offerings.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing global processes.
