You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing expert technical support to customers and internal Synopsys teams to resolve complex technical issues during ASIC development.
• Responding to customer inquiries, isolating or fixing problems, and suggesting appropriate workarounds to meet critical design schedules.
• Collaborating with product engineering (PAEs) and R&D teams to provide feedback and enhance the quality of Synopsys' solutions.
• Conducting product demonstrations, training sessions, and installations at customer sites.
• Building and maintaining productive internal and external working relationships with customers, colleagues, and associates.
• Traveling domestically and internationally as required to support customer projects.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
• 6 months to 1 year of internship or contractor-related work experience in a global or multinational company.
• Good basic knowledge in Physical Design Flow.
• Thorough knowledge of digital circuits, CMOS concepts, and ASIC design flow.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for world-class customer service.
