We lead in chip design, verification, and IP integration, empowering the creation of high-performance silicon chips and software content. Join us to transform the future through continuous technological innovation.

You Are:

An experienced and passionate engineer with a strong background in FPGA-based prototyping and emulation of complex SoCs. You possess a deep understanding of ASIC to FPGA RTL preparation and have hands-on experience with digital design, VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog, synthesis, simulation, and FPGA architectures such as Xilinx or Altera. Your expertise extends to static timing analysis and scripting languages like Perl/TCL/Shell. Knowledge of ARM buses, display controllers/interfaces, and industry standards (MIPI, HDMI, USB, PCIe, SATA, etc.) is a plus. With a B. Tech degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience or an M. Tech degree with 4-7 years of experience, you are ready to take on the challenge of supporting and improving Synopsys's HAPS Based Prototyping products.

  • Collaborating with customers/FAEs to successfully prototype their multi-million gate ASIC designs.
  • Engaging in technically challenging evaluations of Synopsys’s HAPS Based Prototyping and Implementation Products.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and write specifications, guide tool team and validation team to get it implemented in Prototyping products
  • Supporting Synopsys customers through CRM/Solvent systems for product evaluations and post-sale support.
  • Traveling to customer sites for product deployments, or support issues as needed.
  • Publishing solvent articles and developing application notes based on customer experiences.
  • Creating training materials for customers and contributing to the improvement of tool quality and proposing new flows and features.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Enhancing the usability, applicability, and adoption of Synopsys’s HAPS Based Prototyping products.
  • Providing critical support to customers, ensuring successful prototyping of complex SoCs.
  • Driving continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of cutting-edge prototyping technology.
  • Supporting the verification and software development processes for complex SoCs, leading to faster time-to-market for end products.
  • Reducing the risk of costly re-spins and missed market opportunities by identifying and addressing bugs during system validation.

What You’ll Need:

  • B. Tech with 6-10 years of relevant experience or M. Tech with 4-7 years of experience.
  • Experience with FPGA-based prototyping/emulation of complex SoCs.
  • Strong understanding of ASIC to FPGA RTL preparation.
  • Knowledge of Digital Design, VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog, Synthesis, Simulation, and FPGA architectures (Xilinx or Altera).
  • Experience with Static Timing Analysis.
