You Are:
As an ideal candidate for the ASIC Digital Design, Sr Engineer position, you possess a strong foundation in digital design concepts and basic circuit operations. You excel in RTL design and have a deep understanding of digital fundamentals. Your knowledge extends to high-speed protocol PHY, and you are experienced in synthesis, Design for Test (DFT), and Static Timing Analysis. You have prior experience with tools such as Design Compiler, Formality, Spyglass, PrimeTime, or Tetramax. Your excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enable you to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and continuously seek to enhance your knowledge and skills. Your proactive nature and willingness to embrace new challenges make you a perfect fit for our dynamic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Defining and developing ASIC RTL design and verification at chip level and/or block level.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design implementation.
- Conducting synthesis, DFT, and Static Timing Analysis to ensure design accuracy and reliability.
- Utilizing tools such as Design Compiler, Formality, Spyglass, PrimeTime, or Tetramax for design verification and optimization.
- Participating in design reviews and providing technical feedback to improve design quality.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to enhance design methodologies and practices.

What You’ll Need:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of digital design concepts and basic circuit operations.
- Excellent digital fundamentals on RTL design.
- Experience in synthesis, DFT, and Static Timing Analysis.
- Familiarity with high-speed protocol PHY is a plus.
