This is an R&D position designed to provide deep technical support to our SERDES IP customers during silicon bring-up and production phases. You’ll be working directly with analog and digital teams to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requires solid debugging and problem-solving expertise and also good communication and coordination skills to drive meetings with customers and provide clear explanation of the debug direction.


Key Qualifications
  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree
  • Experience with test and debug instrumentation
  • Know-how in SERDES applications
  • Familiar with PCIe and USB protocol and correspondent link training phases
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivation, problem solving and attention to detail are highly valued.

Preferred Experience
  • Understanding of analog IC design
  • Experience with Verilog/RTL interpretation and simulation
  • Test instrumentation and execution of precision measurements. E.g. HiBW scope for jitter measurements, spectrum analyzer, bit error rate tester (BERT), network analyzer
  • High-speed electronics
  • Ethernet protocols.
