As Project Engineering Manager you will participate in the management of Digital IP projects, including preparation of project planning, coordination of cross-functional teams, participation in reviews, ensuring adoption of Synopsys’ design methodologies and quality processes, and driving execution towards project completion. The successful candidate will work on a variety of management and documentation tasks and may also be involved in design and/or verification tasks, incorporating any of specification generation, RTL coding, testbench and testcase generation, and STA.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Project Plan, identifying the requirements, main tasks and milestones
  • Organize project kick-off, weekly meetings that involve multiple teams, prepare meeting minutes and track action items
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PHY, VIP, Tech Pubs, AE, HW prototype, etc), aligning internal milestones, and tracking dependencies
  • Participate in design/verification/hw validation reviews, such as COS, Databook, and Test Report reviews
  • Ensure that quality procedures are followed, and quality checks are completed
  • Manage the project flow and collateral in Jama
  • Track project execution, prepare weekly exec-level report and identifying risks
  • Organize post-completion meeting to assess project execution and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with Quality team for reviews, audits, and latest flows
  • First-level analysis of AE consultation tickets for R&D

  • Exposure to Verilog/VHDL
  • Exposure to System Verilog/UVM

  • Knowledge of DisplayPort, HDMI or similar
