We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Salesforce App Product Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a diverse and influential role that will include gathering customer requirements, managing and running sprints, and delivering training sessions. This role is crucial in ensuring our Salesforce applications meet customer needs and are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering:
- Directly engage with customers to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Translate customer requirements into user stories and collaborate with development teams to produce technical specifications.
- Prioritize product features and functionality based on customer feedback and business goals.

• Sprint Management:
- Plan and run Agile sprints, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories are well-defined and actionable.
- Track and report on sprint progress, ensuring transparency and timely communication with stakeholders.

• Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs for external customers and internal teams on new Salesforce app features and updates.
- Create training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
- Provide ongoing support and training as needed to ensure successful adoption of the Salesforce application.

• Release Management:
- Coordinate release activities, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), deployment, and post-release support.
- Ensure all releases are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment.
- Communicate release plans and updates to stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

• Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all product management processes, including requirement gathering, sprint activities, and release notes.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on product performance, sprint outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce App Builder) are a plus.
• Experience with Jira preferred
