You Are:

You are a tech-savvy and passionate Systems Administrator ready to join our European Information Technology team. With a strong foundation in both Windows and Unix operating systems, you are adept at problem-solving and possess a solution-oriented mindset. Your understanding of networking fundamentals and the ability to quickly analyze and respond to situations make you an invaluable asset. You are not only technically proficient but also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

You are preferably located in Sweden, or alternatively in France or Portugal.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•Deploying and managing Windows and Linux PC systems.

•Installing and maintaining network and server equipment.

•Collaborating with IT teams on automation projects for various tasks.

•Providing support for internal teams in Sweden, France, and other locations.

•Traveling to vendor sites and international locations as needed.

•Resolving system-related issues and providing updates to automation processes.

What You’ll Need:

•Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent experience within a technology-based program or industry.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and strong logical reasoning.

•Understanding of Windows OS and Unix operating systems, including Linux.

•Excellent English writing and speaking skills.

•Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking.

•Ability to analyze situations quickly and respond decisively.

•Experience with common ticket resolution processes and SLAs.

•Ability to articulate technical details clearly and concisely.

•Physical ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally or move a negligible amount frequently.

•Willingness to travel within Europe.
