You Are:

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for analog and mixed-signal circuit design? We are seeking talented and enthusiastic circuit designers to join our R&D team, where you will be at the forefront of integrated circuit technology and design flow optimization. This position offers an incredible opportunity to define the design workflow and best practices across our DDR/HBM memory PHY organization. You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in analog and mixed-signal IC design. With a PhD or MSc and over 5 years of experience, you have hands-on expertise in designing analog or high-speed circuits such as receiver equalizers, VCOs, transmitters, and voltage regulators. Your deep understanding of transistor reliability, layout techniques, and timing analysis sets you apart. Proficient in Python, Perl, or other scripting languages, you excel in developing and optimizing design flows. Your exceptional communication and time management skills enable you to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with circuit teams worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with circuit experts to develop and optimize design flows, including performance and reliability simulations such as aging, EMIR, and HTOL, as well as timing model generation.
  • Defining detailed tool specifications that are clear and easily understood by CAD and software automation teams.
  • Creating clear and concise documentation, including process workflows, design requirements, and user guides, while maintaining comprehensive records of all decisions for future reference.
  • Embracing teamwork and open communication, actively participating in meetings and sharing your insights to achieve collective goals effectively.
  • Hosting discussion forums and aligning circuit teams across the globe for quality and productivity improvements.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of design workflows and best practices within the DDR/HBM memory PHY organization.

What You’ll Need:

  • PhD or MSc with 5+ years of analog and mixed-signal IC design experience.
  • Hands-on design experience in analog or high-speed circuits, e.g., receiver equalizer, VCO, transmitter, voltage regulator, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of transistor reliability, layout techniques, and timing analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python, Perl, or other scripting languages.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
