You Are:
You are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding and hands-on experience in high-speed SerDes protocols such as PCIe, OIF, UCIe, and USB. You have a solid background in scripting languages like Matlab, Python, and C, and are adept at defining testing equipment and performing system bring-up of high-speed serial links. Your expertise extends to lab testing and working closely with circuit design teams. You are knowledgeable in equalization techniques for both Tx and Rx, as well as adaptation methodologies. Additionally, you have experience with ADC-based links and equalization techniques and are familiar with PCB design and specifications. Your strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities, make you a valuable asset in collaborative environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Defining and setting up testing equipment for high-speed SerDes protocols.
- Performing system bring-up of high-speed serial links in a lab environment.
- Collaborating closely with circuit design teams to validate and debug silicon designs.
- Utilizing scripting languages such as Matlab, Python, and C to automate testing processes.
- Applying equalization techniques and adaptation methodologies to optimize signal integrity.
- Conducting thorough lab testing to ensure the performance and reliability of silicon designs.
- Preparing silicon validation report in an understandable way

What You’ll Need:
- In-depth knowledge and experience with high-speed SerDes protocols (PCIe, OIF, UCIe, USB, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Matlab, Python, and C.
- Experience with defining and setting up testing equipment and performing system bring-up of high-speed serial links.
- Strong understanding of equalization techniques (Tx/Rx) and adaptation methodologies.
- Familiarity with ADC-based links and PCB design specifications.
- Familiar with iterative converging algorithms
