Senior Director SOC Engineering EMEA
Synopsys' Systems Solutions Group seeks a Senior Director to lead Design Services in Europe and Israel that is focused on SOC design for key verticals like AI, Datacenter, Automotive and High-Performance Computing. The design services group provides turn-key solutions using Synopsys EDA tools and IP.
The role involves SOC Design Leadership, and you manage a P&L, you work closely with customers to understand their needs and work across Synopsys BU’s, Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams to provide design solutions leveraging Synopsys Silicon to Software portfolio. The role functions on a global scale and requires you to collaborate with partner engineering teams in the US, India and Vietnam.

Requirements
- MSEE is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in Physical Design with Synopsys EDA tools is required.
- SOC experience in high performance designs and advanced technologies.
- Business operations and P&L background.
- Managed cross functional and global teams.
- Comfortable in working with customers and building relationships.
- Managed teams responsible for full SOC development stages
- Demonstrated strong execution track record.
