You Are:

You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data management and operational efficiency. With a solid foundation in business system administration, you handle complex product master data and are comfortable with Master Data Management (MDM) tools, particularly Informatica. You thrive in collaborative environments, bringing excellent communication and program management skills. Your analytical mindset allows you to solve problems effectively, and you are adept at using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for data analysis. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business System Administration, Industrial Technology, or Managing Information Systems, and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with SAP and lead-to-collect processes is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Administering, reviewing, and interpreting web-based product and release request workflow applications, including MDM and home-grown systems.
• Participating in cross-functional project teams to develop, test, and implement new MDM/SAP processes, business models, systems, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Guiding and supporting various departments to ensure all releases and product setups conform to business practices.
• Translating data, creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting MDM/SAP product configurations, pricing rules, and other related tasks.
• Ensuring accurate and timely release management and licensing infrastructure within MDM/SAP/Release systems.
• Collaborating with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business System Administration, Industrial Technology, Managing Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience in product data management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with SAP and lead-to-collect processes.
• Experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools for data analysis and management.
