You Are:

With a master's degree in human resources or a related field, you have a good understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems. •Managing day-to-day activities and delivering HR services effectively, accurately, and on time to the region.

•Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements.

•Ensuring all operational support and procedure documentation is maintained.

•Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

•Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery.

•Managing HR data and the administration of documents, ensuring accurate processing, updating, and retention.

•Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.

What You’ll Need:

•2-5 years of professional experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.

•Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems.

•Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of other EMEA language is a plus.
