The Operations Team seeks a talented Senior Process Operations Specialistto accelerate our Product Operations processes definition, implementation, and compliance. We are looking for dynamic, energetic, agile and autonomous team members backed with a solid process, service and project management acumen, who are enthusiastic to define and shape how Silicon IP business unit streamlines collaboratively its multiple engineering components.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define, implement, and control Product Operational overall processes, including Service Management and Project Management
  • Charter and evaluate existing processes to identify and implement improvements
  • Define and measure key indicators and metrics for up and downstream improvements
  • Align and define interfaces with external engineering groups and entities
  • Organize and accelerate cross-functional project teams for global process definition and roll out
  • Communicate and train teams on Operational Processes and related tools
  • Collect up-to-date best-practices and new methodologies applicable to in-house techniques and Processes

Key Requirements:
  • MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, economy, or other related
  • Demonstrable experience in formal Continuous Improvement framework(s) (e.g., ITIL, etc.) and in Formal Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, etc.). Training and credentials are preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to craft actionable messaging to peers
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Willingness to manage and coordinate stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Passion for new problem solving and team cooperation to yield new ideas and proposals, with peers who challenge you to be better
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. And the ability to deal with, and thrive on objections

Preferred Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Project Management (or related areas)
  • Focus on Service Management and Project Management related processes and tools in a Tech environment
  • Work experience in multicultural environment/international company is a plus
  • Previous experience in Consulting role(s) is also a plus
