What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies for early-career roles.
  • Utilizing talent acquisition systems and tools effectively to manage and track candidate pipelines and recruitment activities in real-time, maintain data accuracy, and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This includes driving the intake meeting with managers, facilitating phone screens, participating in interview activities, ensuring a fair and unbiased recruitment process, and driving a competitive offer process to secure top early-career talent.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices related to early-career hiring.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience by delivering timely communication and personalized support.
What You’ll Need:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment with focus on IT companies and/or roles.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to early-career hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use talent acquisition systems and tools effectively.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamworking, collaboration and learning skills.
