What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on a small team that does solution-focused research and prototyping for GenAI methods to help solve problems for users.

• Design internal and external products to improve employee and customer productivity using GenAI & CoPilot experiences.

• Develop applications to enable simplified access to AI features across multiple domains.

• Maintain our GenAI development framework to enable rapid research to prototype with the dynamic AI technology landscape.

• Contribute to the adoption of new frameworks, standards, and technologies.

• Ensure high availability and performance of AI applications through continuous monitoring and optimization.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years of experience in building and deploying solutions on public cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or other Cloud providers.

• Experience with relational databases and data lakes as part of the application architecture.

• Strong drive to learn new technologies and take pride in your work.

• Excellent communication and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams.

• Experience delivering software in a cloud context with knowledge of managing cloud infrastructure.

• Proficiency in programming and experience in patterns such as object-oriented & functional programming.

• Experience with REST API and understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger.

• JavaScript, or TypeScript development experience; High availability solutions using NodeJS and REST Middleware.

• Experience in developing UI with Angular/React frameworks.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $131,000-$197,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
