You Are:

You are a seasoned leader with a passion for technology and customer success. With over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, you demonstrate deep expertise in silicon development and a proven track record in leading high-performing technical teams. You establish and maintain enduring client relationships by leveraging exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. You excel in leading diverse teams in a global environment to deliver innovative and high-impact results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the post-sales customer journey through a worldwide technical organization specializing in Interface IPs such as PCIe, Ethernet, and various high-speed PHYs.
• Anticipate and manage customer needs, creating a world-class global organization that delivers an exceptional customer experience through technical expertise.
• Collaborate with product development, program management, sales and marketing team to ensure the quality and time to market of the IP products, improving product usability and delivering unique solutions to drive success.
• Inspire your team with a collaborative, supportive, and motivational leadership style to deliver outstanding results.

• Globally lead Synopsys advanced interface IP success from integration to production. 
• Maximize customer satisfaction with exceptional support and innovative solutions, building lasting partnerships. 

What You’ll Need:

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience, with extensive knowledge of IC development, silicon bring up and validation, especially in the high speed interface domain.
• Proven people management and project management skills in the semiconductor industry, including managing a global organization.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience as an application engineering leader is a plus
