You Are:

You are a seasoned professional in digital design. You apply comprehensive knowledge for resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways within functional area. Your expertise spans from RTL2GDS flow and methodology to understanding of the intricacies of foundry workings. With a proactive mindset, you work to achieve operational goals with direct impact on achievement of results within area of work. You communicate with others by explaining concepts, ideas, processes and practices within professional discipline. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating closely with foundry partners to enable advanced node technologies (2nm, and beyond).
  • Working for RTL2GDS flow and methodology development projects.
  • Driving innovation in physical design implementation tools.
  • Building good relationships with mentors and communicating cross-functional teams.
  • Engaging in proactive problem-solving within area of responsibility.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.

What You’ll Need:

  • MSEE or BSEE with 5+ years of digital design experience and/or chip design.
  • Expertise in RTL2GDS flow and methodology.
  • Experience in working directly with foundry partners.
  • Understanding of advanced node technologies are preferred.
  • Technical understanding of complex layout rules, cell architectures, and physical design implementation tools are preferred.
