You Are:

You are a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Total Rewards space and a passion for developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs. Your knowledge of systems thinking and agile development in the Total Rewards area enables you to create effective and efficient programs that elevate the employee experience. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and finance, to ensure that Total Rewards systems align with organizational goals. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of global regulations to ensure compliance. Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively educate employees and manage vendor relationships with ease. You are analytical and data-driven, constantly evaluating the effectiveness of programs to make informed decisions and improvements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently with limited supervision, and are always looking for innovative ways to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and managing projects related to compensation and benefits programs and strategies.
• Coordinating with IT, HR, and finance teams to understand company needs and goals.
• Facilitating communication and training to educate employees for your projects.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Analyzing program effectiveness through data analysis and reports.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Six or more years of experience in compensation and benefits or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes including agile.
• Proven experience implementing large global programs
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
