 You are a seasoned Analog Design Engineer with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in analog circuit design. You are proficient in using industry-standard analog design tools and simulation software like PrimeSim, HSPICE, and Custom Compiler. Your experience spans the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production, and you are familiar with advanced technology nodes such as FinFet and GAA. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to groundbreaking innovations in the semiconductor industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and developing high-speed SerDes IPs using the latest FinFet and GAAFet CMOS processes
  • Conducting detailed DC/AC/Transient analysis, Cross corners PVT, Equivalency checks, Aging, EMIR/SHE Reliability analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations
  • Utilizing advanced analog design tools and simulation software to optimize circuit performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of designs
  • Leading the full product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to production
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in analog circuit design with a proven track record of successful product development
  • Proficiency in DC/AC/Transient analysis, Cross corners PVT, Equivalency checks, Aging, EMIR/SHE Reliability analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations
  • Strong proficiency in analog design tools and simulation software (e.g., PrimeSim, HSPICE, Custom Compiler)
  • Experience with advanced technology nodes (FinFet, GAA)
  • Solid understanding of reliability and ESD concepts, in-depth knowledge of device physics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex analog circuits with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong analytical mindset
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide junior engineers
