You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and support materials.
- Working closely with the development team to identify and resolve product issues.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor and software technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
