We’re looking for Senior ASIC Digital Design Engineer, Functional Safety Lead to join Synopsys Solutions Group, Digital IP Subsystems Team. Come and be part of a collaborative team environment that innovates and develops the latest DesignWare IP Subsystem solutions that enable the way the world designs. Join the Synopsys Subsystems Team ! Based in our offices in Bangalore/Hyderabad, India, you will be a senior member of the Synopsys Solutions Group Subsystems team, which is developing high performance Ditital Interface IP Subsystem solutions for DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, UFS, USB and other interface protocols.



We are hiring for a Functional Safety Engineer position! Join our development team to integrate Synopsys IPs and develop Synopsys Subsystems for automotive applications in accordance with ISO26262 standard. If you are interested in a career in Functional Safety domain, we would like to hear from you.
As a Functional Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for working on design and verification of Subsystem-level Functional Safety logics with the integration of PCIe/UCIe/DDR/Ethernet/UFS IPs. You will work with internal development teams and automotive customers to develop functional safety compliant Subsystems. Additionally, you will contribute to development of Functional Safety work products (Safety Concept, Safety Plan, Safety Case, Safety Manual, FMEDA, DFMEA, DFA for HW).

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in functional safety (ISO26262 Part 4, 5 & 11) in the context of Semiconductor front end design. Prior exposure to development of FMEDA, DFMEA, DFA, Safety Concept analysis, and Fault injection for safety critical designs, knowledge of PCIe/UCIe/DDR/Ethernet/UFS/CSI/DSI with a good grasp of design understanding is highly desirable.
