We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team within the Corporate Strategy organization. This hands-on role requires a combination of analytical competency, data analysis and visualization expertise to drive actionable insights and develop data-driven products that enhance business performance and optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize statistical and data science techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
  • Support the identification and structuring of business and operational Key Performance Indicators and metrics.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analytics purposes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data product management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for users in the access and reporting of data.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a data analyst or finance analyst, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Advanced skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Python, or other data manipulation languages; experience with data governance.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
  • Experience of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business strategy and decision-making.
