What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the efficient execution of accurate monthly forecasts and headcount planning to achieve annual financial targets and key business objectives 
• Preparing reviews of budgets and forecasts, analyzing trends, providing insights and making recommendations that will keep the business group on track to goals. 
• Reporting actual financial results, reviewing monthly accruals and providing insightful commentary on variances in collaboration with the extended team 
• Alerting leadership to unforeseen expenses, risks, and emerging opportunities.
• Executing ad hoc projects and analysis as needed to support leadership on key business decisions
• Leverage the latest analytical tools to deliver support with optimal efficiency. 
• Conducting variance analysis, identifying trends, tracking operational metrics and recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
• Maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational performance.
• Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Anaplan and Excel 
• Ensuring high data accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analyses.

\What You’ll Need:

• Professional qualification: MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, analytics, preferably within a high-tech company.
• Expertise in general accounting, expense analysis, and capital expenditure analysis.
• Exceptional analytical abilities; adept at converting complex data into actionable information.
• Proficiency in Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with AI prompt engineering in a finance environment desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with BU and Corporate FP&A partners, finance leadership and across functions.
