You Are:

You are a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, particularly in the realm of Security IP. You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a unique blend of technical acumen and business development skills. You are adept at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, from engineering teams to executive management. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively. You are strategic in your approach, always looking to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and exceed targets. With a proven track record in technical selling and sales management, you are ready to lead and inspire account/IP sales teams to achieve new heights. Your experience with companies developing HPC/AI, automotive, storage, or IoT products gives you an edge in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within these markets.


Location for this role is flexible across Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating in a team environment with IP sales professionals, executive account management, corporate and field application engineers, product management, contracts administration, and finance staff to meet and exceed established sales objectives
  • Developing a sales pipeline in an assigned territory
  • Driving forecast, booking, and revenue results
  • Developing and implementing a multi-year product sales strategy for Security IP and enabling account/IP sales teams to execute these strategies to grow the Security IP business in the assigned territory
  • Gathering and assessing customer input from the field and key accounts
  • Working with product development and service delivery teams to ensure differentiated product offerings are available for customers in your territory

What You’ll Need:

  • Over 5 years of related experience in technical selling and/or sales management in the semiconductor industry
  • Working knowledge of semiconductor Security IP markets, including customer challenges, business models, and IP selection criteria
  • Strong business development skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers’ engineering and business staff at all levels
  • Ability to grasp complex technical data and communicate it to a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences
