You are a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional with a passion for semiconductor physics and technology. With a PhD or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Sciences, you bring profound expertise in semiconductor devices and process technologies. You are an expert in Si, SiC and/or GaN power semiconductors. Your excellent presentation and communication skills enable you to interact effectively across teams and at various levels within the organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments, always ready to help others succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting TCAD calibration projects for Si, SiC and GaN power and RF technologies.
• Providing consulting services to customers and enhance the value of TCAD for power and similar technology developments.
• Collaborating with R&D, sales, marketing, and customers to drive product development and acceptance.
• Managing customer projects, including definition, execution, and follow-up.

• Improving the overall quality and functionality of our TCAD tools through modeling and calibration.
• Driving the successful adoption of our TCAD products in various customer projects.
• Contributing to product development through valuable feedback and collaborative efforts with R&D teams.

• Fostering strong relationships with customers, leading to increased trust and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Need:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Sciences, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in power semiconductor process technology and device design based on Silicon, SiC, and/or GaN technology.
• Hands-on experience with TCAD simulation or emulation tools.
• Advanced understanding of semiconductor devices physics.
• Python scripting proficiency is a plus.
