Job Description
You Are:
You are a highly skilled and knowledgeable engineer with a robust background in optical or physical modeling, eager to collaborate with customer teams to develop and deploy compact lithography modeling techniques for advanced node technologies. Your extensive experience in the semiconductor industry complements your technical expertise, making you adept at solving complex engineering challenges. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy direct customer interaction, and excel in collaborative settings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers in the development of compact models for advanced mask optimization.
- Building compact lithography models for advanced technology nodes.
- Supporting debugging of customer issues and creating/testing workarounds for production needs.
- Executing and improving flows for lithography wafer data analysis, sampling, and outlier detection.
- Performing lithography simulations and analyzing OPC or ILT optimized mask patterns.
- Supporting Proteus compact lithography modeling tools.

- Driving innovation in lithography modeling techniques for advanced technology nodes.

- Facilitating the successful implementation of lead edge methods such as OPC, RET, EUV, ILT, Multiple-Patterning, and SMO.
- Enabling the creation of high-performance silicon chips through advanced lithography modeling.
What You’ll Need:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- 5+ years of experience with an engineering scripting language.
- 5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux environments.
- Physical modeling experience for engineering or scientific applications.
- Data analysis experience for engineering or scientific applications.
- Significant direct customer interaction and co-working experience.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
