You Are:
You are a dynamic, results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced, go-to-market (GTM) environments. With 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including a strong focus on sales, go-to-market, and revenue-generating roles, you bring deep expertise in hiring across functions such as Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Executives and Sales Operations within the US market.
You are a trusted advisor to business leaders, skilled at partnering with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs, define talent strategies, and execute with precision. You have a strong understanding of the competitive landscape for GTM talent and know how to attract and engage high-performing candidates. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are exceptional, allowing you to influence decision-making and drive alignment across teams.
You are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable in leveraging recruiting technologies and analytics to optimize hiring outcomes. Your expertise with applicant tracking systems, including Avature or similar platforms, enables you to efficiently manage pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You are proactive, resilient, and motivated to continuously improve processes while delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Partnering with US-based GTM leaders to recruit top talent across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and other revenue-generating roles.
• Leading intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, guiding interview structure, evaluation, and decision-making.
• Building and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates in a competitive market.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and negotiation.
• Ensuring consistency and compliance in hiring practices using Avature ATS or similar systems.
• Delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and partnership.
• Utilizing data, metrics, and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and inform talent strategies.

• Drive Synopsys’ revenue growth by attracting and hiring high-impact GTM talent across the US.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales and GTM leaders, enhancing effectiveness and speed.
• Improve quality of hire through strategic sourcing, structured assessment, and data-driven decisions.
• Strengthen Synopsys’ employer brand within the GTM talent market.
• Promote equitable and inclusive hiring practices across all recruiting activities.
• Increase operational efficiency through effective use of ATS, tools, and recruiting analytics.
What You’ll Need:
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on GTM, Sales, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience hiring across US markets, with understanding of regional talent dynamics.
• Expertise in sourcing and closing passive candidates for revenue-generating roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred or similar platforms).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
