What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert technical support to top Synopsys customers on STA and ECO domains, ensuring smooth adoption and optimal usage of PrimeTime and PrimeClosure solutions.
- Collaborating closely with product teams, R&D, and other stakeholders to relay customer feedback and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our signoff tools.
- Evaluating customer requirements and developing creative, actionable solutions to address their unique technical challenges.
- Assisting users in troubleshooting timing signoff and closure issues, guiding them through best practices and advanced tool features.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, application notes, and knowledge base articles to empower users and streamline support processes.
- Developing and deploying automation scripts (Python, TCL) to improve support efficiency and enable customers to maximize productivity.
- Participating in cross-team initiatives and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.

What You’ll Need:
- At least 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on STA analysis, ECO flows, and timing closure at block or SoC level (minimum 2+ years as an STA/ECO engineer).
- Hands-on expertise with Synopsys PrimeTime and PrimeClosure/PTECO/Tweaker tools.
- Strong proficiency in providing technical support and guidance in the Timing Signoff domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Solid understanding of technical writing processes and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with Linux or UNIX environments and basic scripting skills (Python and/or TCL) for automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital implementation flows and methodologies is desirable.
