You Are:

You are a highly skilled and experienced ASIC Digital Design Engineer, passionate about technology and innovation. You have a keen eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of RTL design and development. With your extensive experience in protocols like DDR, PCIe, AMBA, and Ethernet, you can translate high-level specifications into detailed product requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with architects, designers, and verification teams across multiple sites worldwide. Your strong communication skills, coupled with your ability to work independently and precisely, drive innovation and excellence in your work. You are eager to take on challenges, lead technical roles, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge IP cores for diverse applications such as AI, automotive, and server farms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Understand standards and functional specifications for the product and write architecture and microarchitecture specifications.
• Make critical architecture decisions on the design.
• Implement RTL design and perform basic verification.
• Collaborate with the verification team to define verification requirements.
• Perform technical lead roles, guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
• Work on technically challenging IP cores, ensuring they meet performance, power, and size requirements.

What You’ll Need:

• BSEE in Electrical Engineering or MSEE with 5-20 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of protocols such as DDR, PCIe, AMBA, Ethernet, USB, and MIPI.
• Hands-on experience with Verilog/System Verilog coding and simulation tools.
• Proficiency in synthesis flow, static timing analysis, linting, CDC, and formal checking.
• Experience with SVA and formal verification tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, TCL, Perl, and Python is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, precisely and to drive innovation
• Ability to extract detailed product requirements from high-level specification
• Experience of working with Functional safety, ISO26262 , FMEDA is an added advantage
