You will be joining Synopsys' Business Applications Team, primarily engaged in designing and implementing SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) for emerging business models and collaborate across IT, Finance, Sales to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, lead design sessions, articulate and present complex ideas, document functional specifications, develop and deploy solutions.
- Design and implement robust and scalable solutions to accommodate changing business needs.
- Document process flows and recommend changes to optimize business process.
- Participate in design sessions to determine best use of SAP RAR functionalities.
- Lead and manage deliverables in SAP RAR Module and its integration with BRIM Contract Accounting and SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Assist in developing functional and technical cross functional solution using user exits, RESTful and SOAP based API interfaces for various SAP components in Invoice to Cash area, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple application.
- Perform analysis, design and setup of RAR.
- Interact with business stakeholders, global cross functional team to gather various business requirement in Revenue and delivering system solution as per the business requirements.
- Document system configuration, prepare and execute testing scenarios and scripts.
- Evaluate business requirement specification and provide fit/gap analysis, demonstrate solution to key business stakeholders, Perform Architectural Review
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve errors.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science with Finance, Accounting and Business Management (or related field) or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience specializing in design, configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or BRIM required.
- Good process knowledge of Order-to-Cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM process, CO-PA.
- In-depth knowledge of various revenue recognition principles, ASC 606, IFRS 15 and their application to RAR design.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP Project Systems and RAR.
- Hands-on experience with development, configuration, customization in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and BRF+.
- Strong hands-on experience in designing, configuring and implementation of SAP RAR solution with special focus on BRIM-RAR and SD-RAR integration.
- Strong experience in custom development in RAR, transferring custom fields from SD or BRIM to RAR and developing custom solution using custom fulfilment events.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP Developments in RAR using Enhancement Framework, BADI.
- Project experience on Interface development with both SAP and non-SAP systems including use of IDOC, RFCs, BAPI, Web Services.
- Prior experience in high tech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts is desirable.
- SAP S/4 HANA Implementation and RAR Classic and OCM experience is a plus.
- Ability to read ABAP code and debugging skills is preferred.
- Ideal candidate should be pro-active and quick learner to upskill on BRIM modules and with demonstrated skills of leading discussions with business stakeholders and working across functional teams.
