What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and expand the Applications Engineering team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions across India.
• Define, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives to increase Synopsys’ market presence and customer success.
• Act as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor, ensuring that Synopsys’ DFT offerings align with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, driving long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development, roadmap planning, and process enhancement.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the Applications Engineering function.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs.
• Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with technical documentation standards.
• BSEE, MSEE, PhD, or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant industry experience (preferred).
• Experience in customer-facing roles and global team management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Synopsys tools and methodologies is a strong plus.
