You Are:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent course training and are eager to leverage your skills in endpoint management, server infrastructure, and SaaS services. Your technical proficiency includes scripting knowledge, experience with Microsoft 365 services, and familiarity with virtualization. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing endpoints through Jamf, Tanium, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Auto Pilot, and SCCM
• Executing endpoint management tasks in Jamf, Intune, and Tanium environments as directed by management
• Automating tasks using PowerShell, VBS, Shell scripting, and Batch Scripting
• Supporting VMware and Nutanix hypervisor environments
• Assisting with support for Microsoft on-prem servers and M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Office products)
• Identifying and mitigating open vulnerabilities as identified by internal tools across various platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac OS, etc.)
• Building packages to deliver and patch various productivity, development, and other software applications installed on end-user laptops
• Reviewing and analyzing situations, data, and procedures to propose the most efficient solutions
• Collaborating with colleagues and internal customers around the globe
• Contributing to our ‘team first’ dynamic

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies
• Experience or knowledge of Jamf, SCCM, Tanium, Intune, or other Windows endpoint management technologies
• Experience with data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
