You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing budgets versus actuals for business and finance expenditures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reporting actual financial results, comparing with plans and forecasts, and providing insightful commentary on variances.
  • Assisting in month-end closure activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Alerting leadership to unforeseen expenses, risks, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identifying cost reduction opportunities and proposing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Developing long-term financial projections and building robust financial models to support strategic planning.
  • Maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational performance.
  • Performing budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics tracking to identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Analyzing financial data to support business decision-making and reporting on performance for business partners and leadership.
  • Conducting variance analysis, identifying trends, and recommending improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards.
  • Supporting ad-hoc business analysis and reporting requirements for various business units.
  • Ensuring high data accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analyses.
  • Designing and implementing reporting tools to enhance transparency and flexibility in financial analysis.

What You’ll Need:

  • Professional qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant), ICWA (Management Accountant), US CPA, or MBA (Finance specialization).
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, MIS, analytics, preferably within a high-tech company.
  • Expertise in accounting, expenses accruals and analysis, and capital expenditure analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and numeric skills; adept at converting complex data into actionable information.
  • Proficiency in Anaplan, SAP, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with Corporate FP&A partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work in shifts to facilitate collaboration across global time zones.
