You Are

You have spent the last few years building integrations that actually hold together when real data starts flowing, not just in the test environment, but when SuccessFactors pushes 10,000 employee records at 3 a.m. or when Salesforce needs to sync with three different databases without dropping a single transaction. You know that the difference between an integration that works and one that breaks production is usually in how you handled errors, retries, and edge cases from the start.

You are comfortable opening Dell Boomi in the morning and building a process that connects SAP SuccessFactors to Snowflake, then switching gears in the afternoon to troubleshoot why an SFTP job failed overnight. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere across SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SFTP/FTP systems, databases like SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake, and REST/SOAP web services
• Build and maintain Boomi processes, maps, profiles, connectors, and reusable components that support real-time, scheduled, batch, and event-driven integration patterns
• Perform data transformation between XML, JSON, CSV, flat files, and database formats, ensuring data integrity and handling edge cases cleanly
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes in production, diagnosing failures, resolving incidents, and implementing performance improvements
• Support release management and deployment activities, including hypercare support post-launch and coordination with global application teams
• Translate business requirements into technical integration designs, creating mapping documents, design specs, and operational runbooks that others can follow
• Implement error handling, exception management, logging, and retry logic to ensure integrations are resilient and maintainable over time

• Reduce manual data entry and reconciliation effort by automating integrations between SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and downstream systems
• Improve system reliability and uptime by building integrations with robust error handling and proactive monitoring
• Accelerate time-to-value for new application rollouts by delivering integrations that work correctly the first time
• Support business operations with integrations that handle employee onboarding, payroll data sync, recruiting workflows, and customer data synchronization
• Contribute to a library of reusable Boomi components and best practices that raise the quality bar for the entire integration team
• Reduce production incidents and support escalations by designing integrations that are easy to troubleshoot and maintain

What You'll Need

• 4-5 years of integration development experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Dell Boomi AtomSphere development
• Strong experience building end-to-end integrations using Boomi connectors for SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SFTP/FTP, databases, HTTP/REST, and SOAP web services
• Solid understanding of data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files, and experience performing complex data mapping and transformation
• Experience with SQL and database concepts, and ability to work with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases
• Proficiency building Boomi processes using Process Builder, Process Call, Process Route, dynamic process properties, try/catch exception handling, and cache management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Dell Boomi Professional Developer Certification is a strong plus, as is experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central, Snowflake, ServiceNow, or Workday

• You are coordinating deployments, and explaining technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders in plain language
• You treat production support as part of the job, not an interruption, and you use incidents as opportunities to make the next version more resilient
