You Are:

You are an experienced and passionate software engineering manager with a strong background in VLSI chip design and validation. You thrive in challenging environments and excel in problem-solving, eager to take on tasks that require managing a small team, programming, and testing. You possess a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and digital logic, with a keen interest in VLSI and timing analysis. Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different continents and time zones. What You will Be Doing:

  • Managing a team of software engineers to develop and optimize test vectors for VLSI chip testing.
  • Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions.
  • Programming in C/C++ to develop high-quality software for detecting manufacturing defects in VLSI chips.
  • Conducting rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and performance of software solutions.
  • Learning from existing documentation and source code to integrate new ideas and improve algorithms.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement of software quality and performance.
