Job Description

Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst and Integration Developer will be part of the Enterprise Architecture & Data Services team at Synopsys. The developer will work closely with Data Governance teams, business stakeholders, application architects, and various functional leads. This is a hands-on technical role, responsible for design, development, deployment of MDM applications, workflows, and integrations. You will also have responsibility for monitoring Synopsys systems and carrying out the daily tasks and processes that keep MDM production, quality, and development systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Informatica MDM development and integration needs.
• Manage integration flows on Boomi and other integration platforms.
• Work closely with business analysts and super users to understand data and business processes and work on development activities.
• Produce and develop detailed MDM integration design specifications, develop custom mapping functions and customization to the data tier of MDM Hub.
• Collaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA, and Production environment in projects and for operational support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline is required.
• 3+ years of experience in MDM development with at least two end-to-end projects customizing/configuring Informatica Business Data Director (BDD) and e360 based applications.
• Experience with Data Integration (Boomi), Data Quality, Data Architecture, and Master Data Management projects with an understanding of complete life cycle and best practices.
• Must have hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub configurations - Data modeling & Data Mappings (Landing, Staging and Target Base Objects) in ORS, Data Validation, Match and Merge rules setup, writing and customizing user exits.
• Understanding Data Integration, Data Quality, data architecture and Master Data Management, project life cycle phases, best practices, and processes
• Demonstrated understanding of integration and API technical architecture principles, including REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, HTTP methods such as GET & POST are required
• Good knowledge of Database SQL concepts.
• Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Fieldglass, Salesforce, and other SaaS products is preferred.
• Must have experience with Jira and Agile project development environments. 
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level Data Governance, Data Quality, and Integration Standardization practices.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers, stakeholders to drive MDM design-decisions.

Note: This position requires working with business users and technology teams across geographies and you may have to work in different shifts as project need arises.
