You Are:
You are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and people operations. With over 2 years of experience in HR operations, you have honed your skills in onboarding and background check processes. You excel in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new employees from day one. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to interact effectively with candidates, team members, and other stakeholders. You are highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and you are proficient in using MS Office 365. You have a strong understanding of the importance of data privacy and confidentiality and are committed to upholding these principles in all your work. You are eager to learn and adapt, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and contribute to the success of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Onboarding process for all India regions to ensure a seamless day 1 employee experience.
- Interacting with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Using designated tools to verify documentation completeness and provide support for onboarding documentation for all new joiners.
- Coordinating and supporting the background check process for new hires.
- Supporting the team on new initiatives and ad hoc requests within People Operations.
- Resolving employee queries in a professional and sensitive manner in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Completing required reports and data management tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensuring the protection of privacy and confidentiality of all data.

- Providing a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new employees, helping them integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures through accurate documentation and background checks.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR Operations team.

- Enhancing employee satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining high standards of data privacy and confidentiality, building trust within the organization.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and background check processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
