You Are:

You are an accomplished People Operations professional with a passion for transforming HR processes and enhancing employee experience at every stage of the lifecycle. Your expertise spans the full spectrum of HR, from Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Offboarding. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at evaluating current-state operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and architecting scalable, future-proof solutions that balance efficiency, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support large-scale HR transformation initiatives such as shared services implementation, digital transformation, or post-merger integration.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, optimization, and documentation of HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Offboarding.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing HR operations, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process harmonization and standardization.
  • Develop structured process maps, workflow documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, templates, and toolkits to enable scalable, enterprise-wide HR practices.
  • Facilitate structured process discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, cross-functional workshops, and workflow analysis sessions to capture operational realities.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional HR transformation projects, including defining scope, setting milestones, managing project risks, and ensuring on-time delivery of key initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Shared Services, and HRIS teams to align process design with technology enablement and service delivery models.

  • Support compliance and risk mitigation by ensuring HR processes adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Empower business leaders and HR stakeholders with tools and resources to effectively manage people practices in a rapidly evolving environment.

What You’ll Need:

  • Extensive experience of 8-10 years leading HR process design, transformation, and optimization initiatives across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s/ Masters’s degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to evaluate current-state HR operations and architect scalable, future-state processes that drive efficiency and compliance.
  • Deep expertise in developing enterprise-grade HR documentation, including process maps, SOPs, job aids, and toolkits.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process harmonization across multiple business units, regions, or legacy operating models.
  • Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation initiatives such as shared services, operating model redesign, or digital transformation.
  • Advanced analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable documentation.
