  • Develop governance metrics, executive dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across AI adoption and risk management
  • Support strategic AI ecosystem partnerships, platform evaluations, and technology provider assessments, contributing to enterprise AI strategy, adoption roadmaps, and executive communications

The Impact You Will Have

  • Shape how Synopsys governs, deploys, and scales AI technologies across 30,000 employees, establishing the foundation for responsible and secure AI adoption company-wide
  • Enable business units and corporate functions to adopt GenAI and Agentic AI safely and effectively, reducing risk exposure while accelerating innovation velocity

  • Drive workforce readiness and AI literacy across the organization, ensuring employees have the skills and awareness to integrate AI into their daily work responsibly
  • Establish Synopsys as a leader in enterprise AI governance, operationalizing best practices that set the standard for responsible AI adoption in the semiconductor and high-tech industry
  • Provide executive leadership with visibility into AI adoption, risk posture, and business impact through metrics, dashboards, and reporting that inform strategic decision-making
  • Create governance mechanisms that adapt to evolving AI technologies, regulatory requirements, and business needs, ensuring Synopsys stays ahead of the curve as AI capabilities advance

What You'll Need

  • 12+ years of experience leading complex enterprise-scale technical programs within software, semiconductor, cloud, AI, or high-tech environments
  • Experience building or operating AI Governance, Responsible AI, technology risk, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and AI adoption challenges within large organizations

  • You influence across organizations and executive levels without direct authority, building trust and alignment through credibility, clarity, and follow-through
  • You operate comfortably in ambiguity, building governance structures and processes in environments where technology, policy, and business objectives are evolving in real time
  • You connect the dots between AI technology capabilities, governance requirements, risk management, and business value, ensuring that governance enables rather than blocks progress
  • You manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously, keeping stakeholders aligned, timelines on track, and deliverables moving without dropping details
  • You have a point of view on what good AI governance looks like and you are not afraid to push back when a policy is too vague, a process is too slow, or a risk assessment misses the actual exposure
